The Pool Ball Clue Solution

The 1000 ball was a hint that the pool ball numbers would have to be converted to binary (1000 is 8 in binary). The message hinted that Braille would be necessary for solving the clue. First and foremost, you need to determine the numbers of the pool balls in the center square. In the picture below, we have done that and also written in the binary encoding of each number.
